What a wonderful living space. I don't know how you do it -- a beautiful photo every day! We sure are lucky.

The lines you have enclosed are simply glorious, Diederick. The horizontal are so strong and the two curves so delicate. The colouring is delicate which allows the Mediterranean blue of the pot on the stair landing to have its impact too.

This is a beautiful image: we need to be reminded of the beauty of the man-made world at the moment.

I like the geometrical composition of this photo. Your yesterday's post of trees lining up shady road is also wonderful.

I'm with Tash. A beautiful photo every single day. Could you just have an off day once in a while so we don't feel like such duffers?? The simplicity and composition are really nice.

Like Eki Akhwan, wonderfully composed. Nice shapes.

The stairway and all the glass make this a very appealing scene.

Thank you all for your comments!!
The small towns around our lake have such hidden surprises in their old historical centres.
This one I found yesterday in the small town of Sesto Calende, where Lake Maggiore flows under the bridge into the river Ticino, just some eight km away from Arona.

une très belle composition, et bien éviter le problème des reflets sur la vitre.

a beautiful composition, and avoid the problem of glare on the glass.

So much to say where to begin. It's simply geometrically just so pleasing on the eye and the bold yellow just set it off perfectly. A very complete photo.
