Perfection in the Japanese garden

One cannot immagine that vandals had destroyed this garden last year...just for fun.

Pity the poor people who have such a need to destroy.

But it has become a serene place once more. May it remain so perfect.

Gosh, that is terrible. Was this photo taken before or after the damage? I mean... has the damage been repaired?

This is a stunning photo of a beautiful venue!

What a serene place. Isn't it surprising (and heartbreaking) that it didn't have that effect on the vandals?

Thank you all friends for your comments!!
It was terrible that such a spot was subject to vandalism. It is hard to believe that people would do such a thing. This photo was taken two weeks ago, some time after the garden had been restorated.

My brain screams "WHO? WHY?". Your calmness and the garden's serenity return me to peace. Thank you for the story and lovely photo!

I'm always amazed at the need for destruction that some have. So very sad. I'm glad it was restored to this lovely scene.
