Angera (just opposite Arona on the Lake) has a somewhat oldfashioned atmosphere. It seems that you are drawn back in time walking there along the lake, especially when it is raining like it did the other day.

Rainy days makes great b&w photos. Like this one! It looks very calm. Guess it's quite different from high season.
This kind of shot makes me want to curl up next to a fire with a great book of poetry. I love the atmosphere here -- and the quiet, timeless quality. Beautiful photo.
