Such a beautiful shot with all those trees and shadows. I would love to walk along that path.

My compliments on the outstanding photography. I thoroughly enjoyed all of your blog. Yes, the Fall has its many magic spells. One of them is seeing the tourists go home and feeling that your hometown is no longer a rented summer terrace ;-)
Then again, what would many places be without tourists? I impatiently await all the fireworks of burning colors that nature has prepared for us this fall.
Greetings from Croatia,

Violet

I'm right with you Laurie. A stroll down that path is exactly what I was thinking. A lovely scene!

Lovely tones you have left in this image, Diederick. Together with the dappling of the light and shade, they give an overall feel of wistfulness and regret. Very atmospheric.

I like this very much.

Nice photo. Autumn is not only my favourite time of year but also a great time to take a vacation because there are no crowds.

belle ballade d'automne (enfin pas encore ;o)), bon choix du b&w, qui donne un coté nostalgique de l'été.

beautiful autumn stroll (well not yet ;o)), good choice of b&w, which gives a nostalgic side of the summer.

Nary a soul. It must be good to have your town back. This path just beckons!
