Oi veh, what a picture! I do hope he was just posing for you.
When I worked at a sheep cheese dairy we'd have to wash and sterilize a big vat, not as big as yours but still kind of creepy to get into.

That's a funny picture. It still looks easier than crushing grapes with your toes.

We did a wine tasting session in Tremezzo when we stayed at Bellagio for week last summer. Loved it.
