THis is lovely. Could you tell us, is this body of water near your home? Lake , ocean? Just trying to get a sense of place. If it is in your city, you are very lucky to have this view each and every day.

Yes, Virginia, this is the lake where I live.
In the banner you see the front-line of Arona and I live just under the church tower: from one of my windows I can see the full immage of the yellow church on the left of the church tower. The yellow building you can see partially on the left of that yellow church is what I see from all the other windows, which overlook one of Arona's squares.
That yellow buildings hosts the school (high-school) which my son attended during his final school years.
As you say, I am lucky, because I just walk out of my alley and overlook the lake with a 180° view.
I do a lot of early morning walking in these beautiful surroundings.

your photos usually amaze me, but these ones (the last 3 ones) have just left me speechless. And that's a very hard thing to do :-)))

Hi Blognote . Some archaeologists don't allow picture-taking, let alone picture-publishing on the Net. But my boss on the latest dig is easy about it. In fact he let me become the dig's unofficial photographer and will use my photos in his presentations. So I am lucky. I posted some, from July 15 on.
I love your views of manors today. Manor sounds so exotic and European to us!
